Pharmacogenomic test data

Pharmacogenomic test results are special-category personal health data under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). They are processed in line with applicable health regulations, shared only with the patient’s explicit consent or where the law requires, and may not be copied by unauthorised persons.

Sample intake and laboratory processes are carried out at the responsible medical genetics diagnostic centre. Technical files used in bioinformatic analysis are not included in the patient report.
